Who We Are?

The Kenya Association of Women in Tourism (KAWT) is a non-profit organization committed to empowering women through active engagement, employment, and participation in Kenya’s tourism industry. Established to promote equal opportunities, KAWT has grown into a leading advocate for women’s advancement in tourism.

We unite professionals from diverse sectors—including hospitality, travel, tour operations, conservation, and more—creating a dynamic network that fosters mutual growth, mentorship, and industry development.
